A couple of weeks ago, my realtor suggested that I offer an incentive to buyers, contingent upon a full-price offer. When my realtor updated the system regarding the concession, nothing was put in about the full-price contingency. When questioned about the ommission, my realtor skirted the question and would not explain why the change in terms was made without notifying me to obtain agreement.

I'm not sure what recourse is available now. I feel that my realtor's decision to change the concession conditions without my consent was dishonest but am not sure how to proceed. Any advice is greatly appreciated

You merely ask it be corrected as per your discussion

I left out part of the problem (sorry!). My realtor said now says that no one will pay full price for the house; so, it would be pointless to make the concession contingent upon a full price offer.

I initially priced the home too high, but I worked closely with my realtor to re-evaluate the price based on comparable homes in the market. I even re-priced it lower than what my realtor suggested. The concession came up after significant improvement in the number of showings, and there was no discussion at that time about whether the current asking price is reasonable.
