The way he acts twards me I believe he likes me. I'm just really scared to tell him how I feel because he just might not want to hang out anymore.

Do not get tangled up and a weave of web, it is better for you to stay away from this other guy. Grass is not always greener on the other side.

If you want to see other people, it is time to end it right now with your boyfriend. It is your choice of course but each decision you make will effect a lot of people. Your daughter, Your boyfriend, yourself and your future.

Before you worry about all of these other issues, you need to deal with the issue of your current boyfriend of 2 years who is (I presume) the father of your daughter, the one whose birth caused you to "lose your feelings for him." Is it over between you? If so, have you been frank and honest with him about it? Out of fairness for both guys that are involved in this scenario, you need to come to terms with that first, before you worry about how to talk to this new guy.
