Pot does odd things to your sex drive and abilities. If he smoked a lot of pot he can go soft in the middle tell him not to bake his brain so much and he will be fine.

For everyone else:
Maybe she has many boyfriends and this is the one that plays video games and smokes pot all day not the one in jail. Either way she sounds like she dates some real winners and I look forward to supporting her welfare babies in the future.

He is in jail, I just said "we were having sex yesterday".. cause I didn't want to say, "We were having sex 4 months ago....." because then everyone would start asking me why I am bringing it up now etc.. I think I understand now. He is currently locked up and the event that caused the question happened in the past but you presented it in present tense so you won't have to explain things.

My first response still stands, pot will do that to you and I'm not saying that because he used an illegal drug that must be his problem. I'm saying it because I know people that smoke pot and the girlfriends of those people who complain that the boyfriend has problems with sex.

I don't know about the jail thing, Perhaps you can clarify. Sex every day for 3 years? I think you have your answer. Take a break. Make it special and different. Antici... pation. Definitely don't "freak." That can only create anxiety for him and make the problem worse. It just happens sometimes. Not a big deal unless you make it one.

Yeah your predicament is really creepy, it might be part of a new pattern, and "the thrill is gone" stress and marijuana do play a part.. although I met a guy once who said pot makes him "hard as jade". (I really didn't want to know that)

Every time I date an older guy, that's their exact problem. Its really disgusting and disappointing, but after 45 or 50, they need more and more stimulus just to stay hard.

How pathetic.I'm 46 and I never have a problem getting hard or staying hard... and can stay that way far longer than the average guy half my age.
