Hi,

How can I fight a lien especially with somebody I don't have
A contract with.
So how can I fight a lien in court ?

When they file for a judgement against you, you go to court and present your evidence, or disagree with their evidence.
If there is a lien, you will have to file a motion to have it removed.

A lien on my property

What exactly was the lien for? Were you ever served with any kind of papers informing you that a civil action was pending against you? In any case, you'll have to contact SUperior Court and file a motion to have the lien removed. You'll need to be prepared to present evidence contesting the debt that the lien is intended to satisfy.

Thanks for the answer you gave me.
I have not been served with any notice
And I have not seen any notice pasted on
My door.

I don't know if anybody can put a lien on my
Property without the court notifying me about
It.

I am just wandering.

Thanks
