 Hi my name is colindove,

It is good to be here amongst you all. I have had Clinical Depression and anxiety for 11 years, on and off, yet mainly on.
I try to be positive and keep my sense of humour, yet the loneliness is getting to me.
It is difficult to make friends, as I am so unreliable, though I do interact well when I am well.
How does one stop the ache of loneliness which must be one of the most painful of emotional pains?:)

First of all, I have Clinical Depression also. But I feel real good 99% of the time. Are you on any medicine? Your age? Live alone? Supportive family? Church member? Work outside the home?
There are a lot of factors I would need to know and then I could share with you some things that worked for me!
