Can sum1 help me with some good advice: I am 20 going on 21 I'm 5'2 1/2 135lbs
A year ago I was 115lbs which was perfect for me, I had a nice flat stomach, and wore a size 3 pants, I got complimented a lot about my figure. But since I stopped dancing the weight came on fast. :( Nothing in my closet fits anymore and now when I shop I have to worry about how my stomach will look in certain shirts. I am still told I am not fat and my boyfriend likes me the way I am now but when all my jeans stop fitting I knew I had to seek some help. The only upside to gaining the weight is that my breast got bigger which is a plus... can sum1 help...
1) how can I lose weight on my stomach and legs while keeping what I like the same size?

Please any advice is worth a try :)

You can't lose weight in one spot and keep it in others.

Park your car at the farthest place in the lot so you have to walk a long way. Take stairs instead of the elevator every time you can. Avoid sugars and fats; eat fruits and vegetables and lean meats, especially chicken and turkey. Ride a stationary or real bike several miles a day. The bike-riding will not only exercise you below the waist, but will tone you too. Swim several times a week if you can. The main thing is to watch what you eat and to keep moving!

What you need to do is do toning exercises like ab work and maybe some squats, and stay active so you don't gain more weight. Stay at 135 that's a good spot for your height/age. I say avoid salts and soda. Good Luck, but think about it that was a year ago and this is now. So enjoy your body!
