If my husband wanted to terminate his rights with his x's children how would we go about doing that. Can we just go to the court house and get some papers.
The children want nothing to do with him and they hate me along with the mother.

You get a lawyer and sign the paperwork, and generally go to court.
You realize that you won't be giving up anythign you haven't already given up, though, right? Giving up rights basically gives up any right to have a say in how that child is raised. It will NOT, and I repeat will NOT get rid of child support.
If he doesn't like how his ex is raising the kids, I suggest trying to get custody, not getting rid of his rights.

Well next thing, my husband was a minor when the first one was born and he did not sign her birth certificate beacause his parents would not allow it until a test was done, of course one was never done and with the other one he did not sign anything. But since they were legally married with the second one they make him pay child support on both.
We are not really sure if he is the father of either one of them. Paying child support is not an issue with us. We have no say so in how the children are raised, she lives at home with her parents in a small two bedroom home, her four children and a boyfriend who has been in out of jail.
I am just tired of dealing with her. The children pop in and out of his life and our children's lives. When he tries to pick them up they won't come or the mother won't let them.
We have done for them just as we have done with our own children and I just do not understand.

I would get a lawyer.
You're going to need one to get through the legal mess that this situation seems to be.
