I really could use some help over here. I had a miscarriage 06/13/06. It was one of the worst things that I have ever been through. Considering that I have 2 children already. This would have beeen my 3. Since than I have been back and forth to the E.R. I keep having these really bad pains on the right and left side of my belly shooting down toward my pelvic area. Sometimes in my leg.. I feel like I am going to start my period but have had nothing. My breasts seem very sore and a little swollen, and I have been so tired lately.
I have had breast augmentation so I am over here freaking out not knowing if maybe one of them has ruptured and that is why I am in so much pain. Or if this is normal. Why haven't I had a period yet? I am losing a lot of sleep over this. The E.R. also let me know that I can be suffering from something called cirvisitus. However it would be because of the trauma in the wound. Could that happen if you have a doctor who shoves the clamps right into you while you have just lost a baby? It hurt so bad and there was no sympathy. Could someone please try to explain to me what I may be going through. Because the doctors aren't really helping me any.

I'm bumping this up to the top so that someone that has a bit more of a medical background can help you. I am a bit out of my area with this question. I am sorry to hear about your loss of a little angel. I bet he was needed elsewhere and will be watching over you and waiting to join you later. Keep your head up and we are always here if you need us. *hugs*. We have a lot of women that have lost a baby while pregnant and I'm sure that they can sympathize with you. You have found a very loving and caring site and I hope you stick around and help some of the others that will come along. I will make sure that this question gets the attention it needs.

Hi there, I really wish I could clear this up a little more for you but I thought I would just tell you my experience and maybe this will ease your thoughts a bit. I had a miscarriage on 6/8/07 at about 4 1/2 weeks... it was traumatic for me so I know how you must feel; I'm so sorry for your loss. I just got my "period", it lasted about two days, on Friday so it came about right on time for me. Some people get their period right on time after a miscarriage and for some it may take a few months to become regulated again, it all depends on how far along you were and how long it took your hcg levels to return to 0-5. I did a little research on cervicitis for you and your symptoms just don't match up, to me anyway. Cervicitis is usually caused by STD's that cause inflammation of the cervix and this just isn't you case! Check these websites out, they may help you.
Cervicitis: Causes and Cures (http://www.healthsquare.com/fgwh/wh1ch05.htm)
Cervicitis - MayoClinic.com (http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/cervicitis/DS00518)
If I were you, I would get a second opnion from another docter; it sounds like you have not had a pleasant experience with your current one! Good luck to you and I really hope someone else can clear this up for you a little more! Keep your chin up :)

One more thing are your implants sillicone or saline... I found a website that tells the symptoms of a ruptured sillicone implant.

May I ask how far along you were when you miscarried?
