When you reset the breakers - do they blow again?

If they do you have a short probably in the fixtures.
If they do not then see if the (I know this is elementary) bulbs are burned out and if there is a thermal breaker on the fans.
-the continuity (is the motor still good) of the fan needs to be checked as well.

Or you did you see if all the breakers are good - sometimes more than one will blow in sequence..

A. Is the power dead when you turn on a switch, or is it dead regardless.

If the GFCI trips when you turn on the light or fan, then you have a ground fault between the equipment and switch.

Post back with more details..

Pull off panel cover, veriy voltage at each breaker. On GFI Breakers, measure between GFI Hot, and GFI(not panel)Neutral. May be a GFI Receptacle not yet located.
Make sure you can trip and reset, newer GFI's can't be reset unless power at line side.

If the other outlets in both bathrooms are functioning, the hotline ( black ) or neutral ( white ) wire might have gotten disconnected from the nearest junction (the receptacle outlet boxes in the bathrooms). This should be checked.

Still, "Get back to us!" Or them, seeing that I'll be out of town! :)
