Why have I always got a pain off the left side lower body?

why have i always got a pain off the left side lower body ??
Where else??
Whole torso - muscles
Specific area - organs
Entire "half of body" - possible stroke

I think I know what your talking about because I get the same thing once in a while... I don't know what it is so I can't tell u but if the pain is really bad you should go to a doctor but to be honest I don't think its nothing because I get pains there too and I'm OK =]

I sometimes get a pain in the neck...
