I have a 92honda civic that's starts but I have to keep my foot on the gas 2 keep it started.I was driving on the highway not knowing I had an oil like I saw the oil light I was like bone dry and then when I started driving to go get oil the motor started pinging and the car engine was shaking real bad soes any 1 have any clue what can be wrong I put oil in and it still is going crazy

Might have damage the camshaft or crank shaft. Check compression in each cylinder. Have a 91 civic great little car.
