My stereo for my 2004 Honda Accord EX is not working and I need to enter the audio code for the stereo to work. Can anyone please help me with any information?
How can I retrieve the code?
I have read these kind of questions that were asked by other people and I understood that you need the serial number. Where can I find the serial number?
Can anyone please help me?

I know in the 90s the codes were on the vehicle info sticker on the dash pocket door or in the vehicle manual binder

1. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
2. Turn on the audio unit, and make sure you see COdE in the display. If you don't see this
Message, remove the backup fuse for 1 minute, and then go back to step 1.
3. Turn off the audio unit.
4. Press and hold the 1 and 6 preset buttons, then turn on the audio unit. The display toggles between two screens. The first screen displays a U and the first four digits of the
Serial number (for example, U2200). The second screen displays an L and the last four
Digits of the serial number (for example, L0055). Ignore the U and L, and write down all eight digits.

It's the serial number.
Call a dealer and get your code.

Unhook your battery and hold + & - cables together for 10 seconds ( this will clear codes)
Next replace cables on battery. Hold preset buttons 1 & 6 down at the same time and release.
Turn on radio and write down the 8 digit serial no. to give dealership. They will give you the codes
