I have a refrigerator under warranty that keeps shutting down. Warranty company comes and chgs. Me $55 to repair, but it doesn't last more than a few weeks. How can I permanantely "break" the refrigerator to get them to replace

One time he took back panel off freezer and put hot water on coils. It got fan to work in refrigerator but cracked the internal shell in the freezer in (4) spots. Another time he wired something in front of the coils, but the last guy said the wiring was wrongs and the ground wasn't connected. This last time he chged. The timer however the freezer coils are still freezing up and shutting down.

Sound like the defrost heater isn't working or the evap fan is not up to full speed. Sure sounds like you've had your share of problems with this unit. What make is this? Do they really replace if they can't repair to proper operations?
