I was in a car accident about four months ago, I was hit broad side by another car. I received neck and a knee injury. I had several x-rays done, and now I am in physical therapy twice a week.. I work full time and have three children who I can barley keep up with . I heard that my settlement should be two to three times the amount of your medical costs. Is this true. Iam just would like to know what a fair settlement would be. Thanks

No it will vary by the actual type of injury. Often there is no or not much extra beyond actual bills. Or an amount equal to your medical costs.

If you have an attorney it has to be a lot more, since they get 1/3 of all the payments ( medical, car, injury , all )
