Hey,

Im on the pill but had unprotected sex 6 weeks ago. I've missed a period since then but have no other symptons of pregnancy at all. No nausea or sickness, no swollen or sore breasts etc... I do have a history of very unpredictable periods and have been extremely stressed for a while as I have had problems sleeping and have ended up with coldsores due to the amount of stress I've been under. I have noticed my urine turning yellow but this does happen to me when I'm due my period. The reason I am asking is because I just have a funny feeling and can't shake it. Im not off any foods and not getting tired or anything. Can you help?

It sounds to me like your period has been delayed due to stress! Usually when your urine is more of a yellow color it means that you need to drink a little more, it should be almost clear. It probably wouldn't hurt for you to take a HPT, just in case, but the odds of you being pregnant are slim since you are taking birth control(unless you have not been taking them right). Good luck sweetie.

If you want to be sure just take a pregency test. My ex Girlfirend was the same way. The pill can mess with your period a lot. Not drinking enough water can affect the color of your urine. There is no reason to stress yourself out . Buy a pregenacy test and go from there.
