Did your mp3 player come with a CD, if yes insert that CD in your drive and install all relevant drivers or software on your PC and this might hopefully work!

Synching takes special software. The Sansa can be plugged in and be viewed as another lettered drive in Windows Explorer. You could copy mp3 files over that way.

Let's give it a shot Sarai:
Plug in your mp3 player into your computer's USB port, wait a few seconds and Windows should tell you that it found your device and is ,oading drivers for it (that happens on the bottom right where the time shows, little yellow "bubbles" will appear).

Once that is done you can open Windows Explorer (fast way: right-click on the Start button and left-click on "Explore"). I'm not certain what Windows will name the new drive but look for a new drive letter to appear that you didn't have before.

Let me know if you get that far.

About the golf: I played with my dad last week from the blue tees and shot 91. I really would like to play more but my little ones are the priority now. New driver works great. :)

Check whether you can find drivers at driver guide website >> (www.driverguide.com), if the above suggestions don't work!
