We "had" our plumbing problem "fixed" by a pro. It still does not work. Our upstairs bathroom has both hot & cold water when a sink facucet is turned on. But, in the bathtub, only the cold water works. Had it "fixed" almost a year ago, just had company, and there is no hot water coming out of the "HOT" side of the spout. Both the hot & cold water comes from one knob. What do we do next... do not want to call the same plumber, as he has already charged us $100. Help!

Hi there. My husbands a plumber. He said to call the same plumber that did this " job " and demand he do it properly or you will seek legal advice. That should scare him enough to do it right. If i were you, id put a complaint in to his company or if he is self employed, put a very large ad in the paper warning other people not to use his services.
