Just adpoted a 7wk old puppy and she is infested with fleas and ticks what can I use

I try to limit bathing dogs as much as possible, but I would start with a bath to remove the existing fleas, or perhaps a flea comb. You may need to pick the ticks off using your fingers or tweezers. I have had no luck other things. If the puppy has fleas, it may have some other problems. I would try to to get it and any medical records your have to a vet before the weekend. The vet can help you choose a modern effective flea remedy as well as heart worm. There are a number of good products safe for 7 week olds. It may need treatment for other worms too.

You really need to treat your house before the fleas become established. Look for an over the counter product that kills both fleas and flea eggs. People I respect say over the counter stuff isn't safe to treat the puppy itself. Vets will sell Ovitrol and other safe products over the counter too.
