How do I find a legitimate data entry from home position?

Good luck with that.
Most of the jobs of this kind that you find online are complete and utter SCAMS!
BEWARE, NEVER pay any up front "fees" for anything.
After all you don't have to pay to go to work.

Many hospitals, doctors offices and legal offices outsource their work. But you have to do some legwork first.

Yes that's true, I working for 3 months at my university online, running the career center, but for the hole 9 month I work within the building, but when it's the time for holidays and staff, there no need to work within the office, so this is an online job that I have.

If you look on Google or Monster.com, I know you find a job that seems to you like real online job, but that's not true, cause they ask you to do certain tasks, they get done certain things or reports writing or whatever some of them you do some of them other people so they get done things by scaming people in a way.

That's what it really happened to me once.

Find local hospitals or doctor's offices on-line and look for job listings. Staffing agencies often post jobs of this type because they will give you a typing test and evaluate your skill level. There is a lot of competition for jobs like this, but they are out there. Accounting offices may also have a need. Just check the newspaper and local business websites, you'll find something!

Good luck :)
