May I ask your interest, there is a lot of fraud from people asking US citizens to pay for their passports and visas, and other "costs"

Fr_Chuck,. Thanks everso much for the answer,I have been corresponding with people on the net , and have gathered that you are correct in mentioning frauds,I don`t plan on sending anything which is a shame as it is the honest people that are really missing out.

I was quoted a price from a travel and tour company there on the cost for a young lady and her son to come visit and I don't know if the company or she or both is in this scam
She seems sincere with web cam but I have fallen for this before and I will offer in getting the documents myself for her and see what happens
