I used to visit US once a year, for vacations. I live in spain. Last time I went to the US was in 1995 and I havenīt come back since, in that time a got arrested for DUI in Florida sometime before coming back. I got a court date but I didinīt show. Iīm sure there is a bench warrant for me for not showing up. I have to fly to California this year, Are they going to arrest me when I come back?

Thank you

I wouldn't recommend it, but they will only arrest you if they find out you are in the US. Then you will be extradited to Florida and arraigned there. Normally for them to arrest you, you'd have to be rearrested, i.e. drunk in public, speeding, driving without a seatbelt, whatever excuse a officer can use to have a reason to run your name in the NCIC database your warrant shows up you will be arrested!

But, do you think that my name will pop up in the immigration computer when I try to go in?
