I need new trifocals and do not have the finances. Where can I get help to pay this $300.00 expense.

Contact your local Lion's International group. They provide services for sight impaired as well as the blind. They can help you locate low cost/no cost clinics.

True, also your local Salvation Army might be able to help. They do here.

Also ask some of the eye doctors, see about payment plans, I know my wife and I normally make payments to the eye doctor for our glasses.

They are not necessarily $300. If you are on a tight budget you should be bargain shopping. Wal-mart can offer trifocal lenses for $65 most places, and frames for $10.

I don't recommend this site, they don't validate your prescription. What if you mess up typing and they send you the wrong prescription and you don't know? That could be detrimental to your eye site. This is unsafe.
