My outlets in my 2 1/2 bathrooms & in my basement are not working. They are not on the same circuit breakers & the breakers have not tripped. Is there a short somewhere & how do I fix?

Do you have reset button in bath GFI's?

I would first run finger along down breakers, one may have tripped, but not thrown.
Light pressure can reveal.
If breaker was tripped could be a short, I would test at each breaker for power. Take note what conduit if any, of circuits that are in same conduit. They may go through those boxes.
It is a bit odd losing 2 different 120 volt circuits. Losing neutral would cause high and low voltages on 2 circuits sharing a neutral, providing there is a load on them.
2 120 volt circuits may have be on 2 pole breaker?
Since breaker doesn't trip, circuit is open.
