Could someone please explain implantation bleeding as you will find from my other posts I haven't had a period in 11months but on Thursday went to the toilet and noticed some blood only on wiping and then nothing the following day around the same time it happened again but since Friday haven't had anything had some pelvic pain as well
I just think it is a bit strange not having A period in so long and now this
I know it might be a sign my period is going to return but I have also been told it could be implantation bleeding but need someone to explain thank you
