To whom it may concern:my question is can a prosecutor use a witness that has sign statements against my as well as being force by local police to write a statement as well as having a criminal record,is his statement admissible in the courtroom.my second question is can I use the prosecutors witness to provide information to what he saw the officer do to be beat me up.thank you,please reply

The answer is YES. Your attorney will be able to cross examine the witness to show that he is unreliable, and you can ask him about what he saw.

Your attorney can and will cross examine the person, but of course if he is not reliable, he is likely to lie. Witnesses lying is not uncommom so your attorney asking him about the cops "beating you up" may turn around to show you attacking the officers, Let your attorney do their job and ask the needed questions, Some things may or may not need to be asked.
