Do you mean trichinosis? If so,
Trichinosis, also called trichinellosis, or trichiniasis, is a parasitic disease caused by eating raw or undercooked pork and wild game products infected with the larvae of a species of roundworm Trichinella spiralis, commonly called the trichina worm. The few cases in the United States are mostly the result of eating undercooked game or home reared pigs. It is most common in the developing world and where pigs are commonly fed raw garbage.

what is triginosis?
That is something totally unrelated to cradle cap. It's an infection that people can get from eating undercooked or raw meat infected by a parasite (worm larvae) that hatch after the eggs get into the stomach. It usually causes diarrhia, nausea & vomiting, tiredness, stomach cramps & fatigue. It is especially prevalent if you eat the meat of meat-eating animals such as bear or wild pork, but it can sometimes be in domestic pork.
Here is a Fact Sheet from the Centre for Disease Control (http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dpd/parasites/trichinosis/factsht_trichinosis.htm) if you would like more information.
Hope this helps.
