Hello, I installed a new Moen faucet last weekend. It is the type that has a separate lever from the faucet, a soap dispenser and a sprayer. So, there are four components on the sink. When I lift the lever to turn on the water, the sprayer starts pulsating (very vigorously I might add). If I use the sprayer, it works fine. I have tried increasing and decreasing the flow at the shutoff valves. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing it?

It sounds like the diverter may be vibrating against a obstruction. Remove the spout assembly and the diverter's located under the spout and in the front of the valve body. Check and clean the diverter seat. Good luck, Tom
