As stated in your other post you can contact a medical malpractice attorney in your area. Most consultations are free and many med-mal attorneys work on a contingent fee. Meaning that they don't get paid unless you win a settlement and at that point they only take a small percentage of your settlement.

What city in Michigan? I may be able to come up with a list for you, but need to know the city first.

Well, a medical malpractice attorney is not the way you want to go. We deal with depatures from the standard of care in diagnosis/treatment of patients. I ti sunlikely that you will get an attorney to follow up on this without paying an hourly rate. Many attorneys work for contingency fees, but there has to be a substantial reward down the raod to justify working for contingency. (ie: 1/3 of nothing is still nothing).

While your rights may well have been violated, you still have to show damages.
