I found a round white pill that is scored on one side and on the other has 512 on it. Please tell me what this is.

By score do you mean there is a line in the middle for it to be broken in half like this? http://pharmaceuticals.mallinckrodt.com/Products/Product.asp?UT=8&ProductID=5412

If so it is a pain pill. It is a generic Percocet. Here is a link to let you know in detail what Percocet is Oxycodone - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Percocet)

Can you be a little more specific? What kind of pain pill?

Percocet tablets (oxycodone with acetaminophen) are routinely prescribed for post-operative pain control. I'm not a medical expert I just looked it up on Google :P. It tells you in detail on that last link I gave you though just find on that list Medical use and it will tell you more in detail.

Either a generic tylinol or a percocet 5mg
