I have left my husband and divorce is pending. We have five children, which at the time of me leaving I left them in his care. Because when I left I had no where to live and no means to care for there basic needs. My soon to be ex-husband lives with his parents in which they take care of all my children's needs.(houseing, food, clothes and etc.) He now is trying to end my parentral rights because I moved out.
