I took prescribed zolpidem (20 mg) and escitalopram (20 mg) before going to bed.
I woke up an hour later feeling sick. I checked the meds' bottles and found 9 pills (180 mg) of escitalopram missing.
I may have taken them under the hypnotic effect of zolpedim, or just thrown them away. I don't remember.
I can't die on 180 mg of escitalopram anyway, right? I don't feel all the overdose symptoms.

Since you are writing this after you took the medication, no, I cannot say you have what sounds like serious complications. But I am not there to see you either.

What is serious and needs medical attention is the fact that you do not remember if you took the Lexapro or not. If taking Ambien gives you a hypnotic effect, then you need to revisit the doctor who prescribed Ambien and explain this effect on you. Perhaps there is too much of an effect. For you to not remember is serious.

Take care.
