I have a customer who's house has spraycrete on it. You know the stuff that looks like little glass shards all over it. She wants to know if it can be painted. I am not sure and don't want to mess it up. Please help

I Have Personaly Painted This A Solid Color And Then Sprayed A Poly Coating On It, For Part Of A Yard Sign And It Lasted For A Good Year Before The Wood We Used Started Opening At Some Joints, But The Paint Never Came Off.
Ive Tried Taking It Off A Cabnit Before And It Was Hard As A Rock, Most Of My Sanders Wouldn't Touch It.
So Yes It Can Be Painted
