My daughters 89 Honda Civic 5 speed sometimes (intermittent) won't restart after a stall. She lives in Seattle and doesn't stall often. This seems to occur when the car is cold and sometime in wet conditions. I replaced the plugs and wires, the rotor cap and rotor, fuel filter and checked the timing. It doesn't seem to have much power although she thinks that is the same.

Mechanics tried to recreate the problem and were unsuccessful.

I have about the main relay on this forum. Where is it located?
Are there any other generic problems as I can shotgun these and eliminate those sources.

I believe replacing the Ignition Control Module (igniter), coil, and main relay will solve the problem. Be sure and apply silicone grease to the back of the igniter or it won't last long.
