Well, a drug that is antiretroviral is one that combats retroviruses (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Retrovirus) (a specific family of viruses).

UNAIDS is the UN's committee for preventing the spread of AIDS, it doesn't stand for anything except the juxtaposition of UN and AIDS, obviously forming a pun on un-AIDS as in the opposite of AIDS or anti-AIDS.
