My lawnmower rope is stuck. I try to pull it & it won't pull. What might be wrong?

It may have rewound on to the recoil reel and lapped over itself causing a binding that is almost like a knot. You may have to take off the recoil housing to get the rope straightened out.

Yes That Is Correct, But I Would Try And See What Caused It While I Was There. Also , If You Have A Safety Brake Lever At The Top Of The Handlebars, Is The Brake At The Flywheel Releasing?
