My blower motor won't stop running . Heat or A/C compresor won't turn on. Tapped on relay still don't shut off. It is a Carrier model#58GS100-2 please help hott in here. Thanks

Remove the cover from the thermostat, remove the wire from the "G" terminal, does the blower shut off?

If this unit is less than 5 years old it is possible that your transformer in the furnace or air handler, which ever you have, is burned out. If you do not have low voltage the unit is programed for the blower in the furnace our air handler to run all the time. Check at the circuit board at SEC 1 and SEC 2 to see if you have low voltage, the door switch must be engaged to make this test.
