I have a 1990 honda accord with a 2.2 motor with a auto trans. The car starts fine, but when I put my foot on the brake the tech jumps all over the place and the motor starts to run ruff... help please

Sounds like an idling concern;possible sensor failure.. tps, map, etc. when's the last time you replaced plugs and wires? Does the check engine light come on??

The wires and plugs are new, yes the check light comes on,, it weird that it runs good until I step on the brake

You need to replace the Ignition Control Module (igniter). Here's what it looks like and costs:

It would be a good idea to replace the coil and rotor, while you have the distributor open. Here's how to do the job yourself:

Could be a vacuum leak in the power brake booster. Have that checked out.
