Hello,
My cat went from 22lbs to now 7lbs. He eats his food and then throws up, he'll drink water and then throw up. Not everyday but close. He also wakes me up many time through the night for food. He is 13 years old now. He's had his penis removed so that he could pee properly that was in 2001. I'm just worried he's dying and I'm watching is happen.
Can you please tell me what to do.

Kuddles. Please. Call your vet and have him/her examine your cat. All we can do is make some guesses as to the problem. We don't have a quick fix for you on what you should do. If anyone here claims to know the problem, believe me when I tell you, they don't. Your cat needs to be examined and most probably, tests need to be run. If you want to save your cat, if there is any hope for him, his best chances are with his vet. Please let us know what the outcome is after you take him in for an examination. I hope for your cat's sake it is something that can be resolved.
