I'm getting hot water coming from my kitchen faucet when in the cold setting a majotity of the time. I'm also getting hot water from my hot setting. Is this my faucet going bad, or problems with the piping?

Sal, can you tell us a bit more like brand and maybe model faucet? Single handle or double handle? How long will the hot water continue from the cold, indefinitely? If it's a single handle you might have a failing cartridge which is easily replaced.
