This is a screening/evaluation for intervention and special education.
What does OT/PT/OH stand for?
I googled it, but got nothing of use.
Thanks if anyone knows.

Found it : occupational therapy, physical therapy, and occupational health
What does that have to do with speech and communication?

There are different problems a child can experience with a disability.Fine motor skills, speech, over sensitivity to noise and the way things feel, meaning texture. These types of therapy helps expose the child to the things he/she may need to develop.Usually a therapist does exercises to allow the child to develop a better tolerance to texture or better speech patterns.

I agree with everyone. My son was tested when he was 5 and in kindergarten. He later went to OT for his fine and gross motor skills and also speech therapy. My son was also then diagnosed with ADHD/autism also. It is better to at least test them so the can get any type of help that they need while they are young :) My son has problems with lound noises and hates to touch certain things and somehow everything then ties into the speech and language parts also.
