I was looking at a gree tree repo and they say in order to buy the repo the buyer must pay back taxes and back lot rent. I went to the owner of the park where the mobile home is at and he is asking $5200 in back rent.
Am I legally responsible for paying the back rent when I have the title and paid back rent. Can he stop me from moving it?

I don't know what a green tree repo is. I don't know who "they" are. I don't know if you bought it or you're just considering buying it. I don't know who you paid back rent to?

Is he also the owner of the mobile home
If the mobil home was placed on a lot where that was not owned by the trailer owner the property taxes are the responsibility of the lot owner
Did you check to see if it has a clean title no leans or attachments
