I was looking on the internet of how to collect on a judgement and it said I could get a levy on his bank account and writ of execution.will it be served to the bank by the sheriff or could I go to the bank and show them the judgement papers?they said all I need is his exact name and the name of bank he has acct at could I go to a branch with same name where I live are do it has to be that main bank?

You also need the account number. Rules vary by state so you may need to have a sheriff serve the papers and it may need to be at a main branch or the branch where it has your account.
