Our neighbor died two days ago at 9:20 p.m. My son was staying in his house keeping things in order till he was going to come home. Our neighbor was in the Intensive Care Unit for about 2 weeks before his passing. When I got off the phone with him at home, I went next door and told my son Adam. He asked me what happened. I told him he just got worse and his heart gave out. I then returned home. So I told my son to move in since it was our neighbors we knew for 6 years. (My son and our neighbor never really got along, (I don't mean there was yelling or anything just never really talked).) two days passed since he died and he said he started to feel cold, He said he would be in the living room where it is hot because of the A/C didn't work well. And the other room didn't have one. So you would figure that the Bedroom would be hotter than the living room. But he said it was night time around 9:20 which is strange to me because he passed at 9:20 p.m. He then told me he went into the Bedroom and it was cool, not extremely cold but really cool. Then he said a few hours later it got even colder. Then he went into the bathroom and it was really cold in there. But the living room stayed warm. Which is really freaking me out!! He also says he keeps hearing me calling him saying Adam!! But the houses are 40 feet apart and I can't scream that loud. I don't know where this would fit in but I thought I would tell it. He then told me When he sat on the Bed in the room he didn't feel right like he started to come down into a deep depression and nothing in the world was right. But when he left the room everything was better, the same for the Bathroom. Please if any of you know please let me know. DO I NEED TO GET MY SON OUT OF THERE!?

I don't think he is wanted there by whatever spirit is in the house. He is being chased out the only way a spirit knows how, by making a human feel really physically uncomfortable. Yes I would say, get him out of there asap.

After someone dies in a home, our minds also can do many things,

I am a beleiver in the things that go bump in the night, but also realise many are not ghosts either but our minds playing tricks.

But from a legal stand point, do you have a right to let him stay,?
The house is now owed by the mans estate, and his heirs own it.
You can not allow him in the house without their permission,

Any POA or agreement you may have had, died with him.
