Please help me figure out the title of this movie; I think it's from the 80s.

Here is what I remember: Some sort of soldier or officer wakes up and is told that the war has been over for awhile and they need to debrief him about his role in it. People are asking him all sorts of questions. Then he notices a paper cut on his finger and since he remembers when he got it, he knows that he couldn't possibly have been unconscious for weeks, as they're telling him. It's all just a ploy to get him to give away war plans, since the war is actually still going on.

That's all I remember. This has been bugging me for YEARS! Help!

Thanks for the tip! The description sounded exactly like it, but I didn't think it was that old. So I looked up remakes, and there was a TV movie in 1989 called Breaking Point with the same story. That must be it!
