There is this guy that I kind of like but then he gets so annoying, because he is always blowing kisses to me or like he is always calling me by pet names. I no he is alwayz playing around well at least I think he is.

The pet names might be a display of affection backing him blowing kisses he probably likes you most guys don't really do that stuff unless they do like a girl have a lot of friends around and are showing off or have known the girl for a long time are friends with her and just playing around so I would say he probably does like you but if you still aren't sure you might want to try finding out through friends of yours who won't make it 2 obvious that your trying to find out about him
