I replaced the fuel pump, ecu, distributor, main fuel relay unless he did not change it but it will not start I have check to see if the fuel pump was getting power and it is and the fuel rail has fuel and pressure but no start so I checked the fuel injectors to see if it was getting any power so I grabbed a tester light and turned the key and it has no power but sometimes it will start "rarely" and it will run fine like new if it starts,I have gas to,it has half a tank,it just keeps on turning over but it won't start  help Please what should I do??

. Check all under-dash and under-hood fuses with your test light.
. Check for codes.
. Read sections A and B below, being sure to answer the 3 basic diagnostic questions:

https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/cars-trucks/faq-how-troubleshoot-repair-maintain-hondas-46563.html

. Check for spark.
. Clean the main ECM ground on the thermostat housing.
. Perform the K-Test on the ECM.

You said you replaced the distributor. Was it a new Honda distributor, with a new Ignition Control Module and coil?

Remember, 90% of "crank but won't start" situations are electrical-related, not fuel.
