Our genetics determines where some fat cells will be placed in some of us, for some the thigh/butt area is it, We can't change the number of fat cells we have, only shrink what we have.
#1- Burn fat from all areas of our body, by total body workout
Raise metabolism
Aerobics
Squats # 1 exercise for butts and thighs in my opinion, try it 3X per week, on alternate days, use body weight, light ones, 2-3 sets, 10reps each, keep building over 3-4 weeks, also try walking, build up to a mile, incorporate, sprinting, rowing and swimming. It's just a matter of time and a lot of patience, during all this, please drink lots of ice cold water, to prevent dehydration!

This is going to sound really racist, but I have to say it:

I'm Mexican. Therefore, I LOVE big thighs. There, I said it. White girls, drop your jaws in disbelief. Shocking, but true.

I wonder: are your thighs really that big? I know girls that complain about their thighs. Usually while they're going on and on about how they're fat I'm sitting there staring at their legs. I also like thick legs. Mexican.

And, by no sheer coincidence, I love tight black pants on girls with nice, big hips.

Anyway I'm not saying this to you to make you feel better (in fact read my reply on your other thread), but I'm saying there are guys who like this look. IF you cared what guys think.

P.S.: Mexican.

(Huno must be Mexican!)

Really cute, trim California girls in my dorm freshman year of college did all sorts of exercises every evening in the hallway because they thought they were too fat and their thighs were too thick. The "fatties" sat in comfy chairs while eating cookies and watched them. Everything is relative.

Walk up stairs instead of taking an elevator or escalator. Park at the far end of the mall lot. When vacuuming and dusting, do squats and stretches and deep knee bends. Wash tile floors on your hands and knees (helps get into the corners too). Drink lots of ice water with a lemon section squeezed into each glassful. Avoid sugar and fats, but eat more fruits and vegetables (yyyyyyyyyyyyaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy, it's summertime!). Be mindful of everything you put into your mouth.
