My 1999 Honda Accord won't start again, after having the starter, and battery replaced about 45 days ago. I have not begun to trouble shoot the problem yet and was hoping for some good advice/tips. The ignition switch was also recalled and replaced a couple of years back. Any tips on what steps to take first, or what to look for? Thanks!

Read sections A and B below for ideas, if it's a "crank but won't start situation:"

If it's a situation where the starter motor won't crank, read this:

. First, try disconnecting the negative battery terminal for 10 seconds, in order to reset the ECM.
. Second, test/replace the Ignition Control Module and coil. AutoZone can test these two components for free.
