Is there a common connection (fuse or relay or something) between the power door locks and the turn signals? The car sat for one week and the remote key would not open the power door locks (or open trunk) and while driving I noticed that both turn signals did not work or make a clicking sound. Everything else works fine. The turn lights work but will not flash.
Thanks

. Check all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter. Here's how:

. Check the Turn Signal/Hazard Relay, in the under-dash fuse/relay box. Remove the turn signal/hazard relay from the under-dash fuse/relay box. Inspect the relay holder terminals to be sure they are all making good contact. If the terminals are bent, loose, or corroded, repair them as necessary. Disconnect the negative battery cable first.

Thanks for the response. I checked the fuses, all are good. Connections all appear good.
Hazard lights work normal and blink normally. All four turn signal lights don't work off the switch.
Power door locks will not operate from either door switch or from the remote key. (The panic button works on the key so the battery in the key is good.) The remote will also not unlock the trunk.
Basically, everything works normal except the turn signals and the power locks. Both problems were discovered at the same time leading me to think there is some sort of common electrical source.
Just to make sure, you referred to a hazard relay and I want to make sure you are referring to what I'm calling the fuse. Is there something else you mean? Neither fuse boxes mention a relay.

The Turn Signal/Hazard Relay may be one of the small "black boxes" you see along the top row of the under-dash fuse/relay box.

There are no small black boxes under the dash. They do have some under the hood but none are marked hazard relay. They also all appear to be okay.
Do you think there is a connection with the turn signals and the door locks?
Thanks again.

Honda must have the relay buried somewhere else on your car. Did you test ALL fuses with a test light? If you did, then I'm out of ideas. Maybe somebody else can think of something I'm overlooking.

Yes, so I guess it is off to the dealer.
Thanks for your inputs.

Did you ever figure out what the problem was? I am having the same problem on my 2003 honda accord.
