OK.. my ex-gf is pregnant.. she took a paternity test and it is mine... her boyfriend told me that he will take full responsibility for the child when it is born.. Is there some type of legal document I could get him to sign stating that the child is there responsibility so that I will not get screwed over if he backs out when the child is born?

I am 15 by the way.. that is the only reason I can not take responsibility for the child.. we are all underage..

Signing over birth rights to who? Your post isn't quite clear enough as to what is going on, try to explain a little more for us please.

Unless they get married, or the other boyfriend legal agrees to accept the paternity, I think that you might have a very hard time. And, how old is the girl and the other guy? This could be an interesting case for contract law... if kids under 18 can't legally sign contracts, can they legally sign over their parental rights?
